Mentor
Our approach is pure and simple. Our mentors will not only explore the character and individually help give the youth time to think about their “self-image” and hopefully make a change. We are determined to enhance in our youth the power to change through innovative messages.
A volunteer staff of mentors, teachers, tutors, parents, and will power International Afro Centric Circus/Saving Our Youth (IACC/SOY). It takes a village to raise a child. The support of a dedicated team of individuals from the community will help guide the disadvantaged youth on a daily – if not hourly – basis. Progress will be accomplished on a massive scale. The organization will rely on support from individual donors, church BBQ fundraisers, and from local businesses.

Role model and peer mentoring under IACC/SOY nurtures and empowers youth, by providing them with positive influence, personal, and professional development, and post-secondary opportunities in the future.
Our innovative program recruits volunteers from colleges and universities as well as the local business community.
